Do I need to assemble the planter myself?

Yes, due to the high-grade steel we use, our planters can be quite heavy. To make them more manageable, we supply the planters in sections that can be easily locked together using our patented locking key. This design allows you to move the planter without the need for any lifting equipment.

Only a hammer is required for install.

Do I need to line the inside of the planter?

Yes, we recommend you line the planter with a geotextile membrane. This is because in most cases planters are sat directly onto a finished surface. A membrane will prevent soil from weeping through the drainage holes in the base.

What is the lead time for Contain Planters?

Stocked products can be delivered within 2-4 days. 

Made to order items will be delivered in 4 weeks.

Does my Contain garden planter need regular maintenance?

Contain Garden Planters require minimal maintenance.

Corten requires no maintenance at all!

Powder coated finishes need to be checked monthly for any deep scratches that will need to be touched up.

Stainless steel will need to be cleaned to remove any 'tea staining' that starts to build up. more information can be found here.
